How to recover deleted files from Recycle Bin

Recycle Bin is an icon on Windows computer which is used to store deleted files temporarily. If you delete any file or folder, it is placed in Recycle Bin. The Recycle Bin contains papers, if it contains two or more items. You can move the files to a Recycle Bin by using Delete key. You can also move the items to a Recycle Bin by dragging or by right – click on item and select “Delete” option from the pop – up menu. To view the deleted files double click on the Recycle Bin icon from the desktop of your computer. If you want to get back deleted files, you can restore them from Recycle Bin. There is a “Recycle Bin Tasks” section in the left side bar of Window such as “Restore all items” and “Empty the Recycle Bin”. The deleted files or folders can be restored by selecting “Restore all items” option. The Windows restore all the deleted items in their original location. You can also select a single file from Recycle Bin to restore.

However the files from Recycle Bin will be deleted permanently, if you select “Empty the Recycle Bin” option. Then you cannot restore them, therefore before emptying the Recycle Bin, make sure that the files are not important and they are not required. You can recover deleted files from recycle bin by using file recovery software. You can also delete a single file from Recycle Bin. To delete individual files, select it, press delete and confirm that you want to delete it. However while selecting single files, you may select important files and you will lose those files permanently. These files may be your office files or containing your account details etc and you want those files at any cost. You cannot recover or restore these files yourself without using third party utility software which are available in market. Another reason for data loss from Recycle Bin is large size of your file.
